I was lucky enough to be treated by my wonderful parents to vouchers to plas y brenin as a christmas present.... so i put them to good use and went on the winter skills weekend, a 2 day course. I was taught by Dave Kenyon, a great fantastic guide. Dave showed me how to use ice axe's and crampons. I also learnt winter navigation and self arrest, which was fun (am I allowed to say that??)..oh and tea and cake was great too!! Anyway as you can tell from the picture, I timed it perfectly with great conditions!!
I loved every miniute of the weekend, it certainly opened my eyes and introduced me to another exciting world of adventure!
